How do I re-calibrate the scale?

  1. Step on the scale to turn the power on.
  2. Step off the scale.
  3. Allow the display to automatically calibrate back to 0.0 kg / 0.0 Ib.
  4. Begin weighing!
The scale display won't show data / is flashing data. What should I do?
Please make sure that:
  • The insulation piece is taken out.
  • Batteries are installed properly.
  • Low batteries are replaced.
Why is the scale displaying "Err' when weighing?
  • Feet or scale is too wet.
  • The scale is overloaded past max capacity.
  • Body parameters are outside range.
Why is the scale displaying "Lo"?
  • When the screen displays "Lo", it means the battery power is too low. Please replace with new batteries.
Why is no body fat data being measured while weighing?
  • Please ensure the Bluetooth function is on.
  • Please ensure your phone is not connected to any other Bluetooth devices.
  • Please ensure your feet are dry and bare (no socks or shoes).
  • Please ensure that you are stepping on the electro piece or ITO conductive glass of the scale.
  • Please ensure that your personal information (height and age) are inputted in the app.
The scale is not connecting with the Center Health app. What should I do?
  • Please ensure the Bluetooth function is on.
  • Please ensure your phone is not connected to any other Bluetooth devices.
  • Please ensure your phone's operating system is up to date.
  • For Android 5 or above, please ensure the GPS location permission is allowed and turned on.
