How do I pause my Center CGM subscription?

No worries, you can always pause your Center CGM subscription upon request! 

Just email one of our awesome Patient Support Associates at rx@center.health, or through the chat box icon in the upper right corner of the app, and we'll get you sorted :)

While your account is paused, you won't be billed or shipped any CGMs. After the duration of your pause, your subscription will resume as normal. 

Please email Patient Support at least 24-48 business hours before your next billing/ship date. CGMs are automatically processed on this date, so any requests to pause or cancel your shipment outside of this time frame cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are always happy to pause your next month's shipment.
