What is your Center CGM cancellation policy?

Center Health members can cancel or pause their memberships any time.

Before you resort to cancelling your account, we'd love to hear what you're struggling with. If you would like to chat or cancel your subscription, please get in touch with our Patient Support team via email at yourfriends@center.health, or through the chat icon in the upper right corner of the app.

If you wish to make any account changes (such as pausing, fast-forwarding your subscription, or cancelling) please contact Patient Support 24-48 business hours prior to your next billing/shipping date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests that occur after your order has been billed and automatically shipped.
