How do I get sleep data in the Center Health app?

Great question!


To get sleep data into the Center Health app (iOS):

  1. Open the "Clock" app (Apple's default app)
  2. Select "Alarms" on the bottom menu
  3. Under "Sleep | Wake Up" , where it says "No Alarm", select "Set up"
  4. Select "Set Up in Health"
  5. Set your sleep schedule in the Health app & follow the prompts on screen
  6. Make sure your Center Health app is synced with Apple Health (instructions below)

To sync Center Health with Apple Health:

  1. Tap the "..." menu icon at the bottom of the Center Health app
  2. Tap "Apps & Devices
  3. Tap "Apple Health"
  4. Tap the "Sync Now" button
  5. Tap "Turn All Categories On" at the top of the list
  6. Tap "Allow" on the upper right hand corner of the screen

And you should be all set!


To get sleep data into the Center Health app (Android / Google Fit):

  1. Open the "Google Fit" app, login or create an account
  2. Select "Profile" on the bottom menu
  3. Toggle on "Bedtime Schedule" and select your "Get in bed" time and "Wake up" time
  4. To manually add sleep data:
    1. Select "Browse" on the bottom menu
    2. Select "Sleep"
    3. Press the "+" button on the top left corner
    4. Enter in your sleep data, and select "Save" in the top left corner
  5. Make sure your Center Health app is synced with Google Fit (instructions below)

Here's how to sync with Google Fit:

  1. Tap the "..." menu icon at the bottom of the Center Health app
  2. Tap "Apps & Devices" 
  3. Tap "Google Fit"
  4. Tap the "Sync Now" button
