How to sync Eversense CGM with iPhone

The Eversense CGM can sync glucose data to the Center Health app via Apple Health.

First, connect your Eversense CGM data to Apple Health:

1. Open your Eversense app
2. tap the menu icon on the upper left corner
3. Tap "Share My Data"
4. Tap "Application Sharing"
5. Tap "Apple Health"
6. Toggle the Share Data switch on
7. Select "turn on all" when the Health screen shows up, then tap "Allow" in the upper right corner.

Now, connect the Center Health app with Apple Health to access your eversense CGM data:

1. Open the Center Health app. If you need to, you can download it here.
2. Login or create your account. If you're creating your account for the first time and have been invited by your doctor, make sure to use your practice's unique practice code on signup to enable access to the Center Health app.
3. Once you've logged in, tap the "..." more icon in the lower right corner of the app.
4. Tap "Apps & Devices"
5. Tap "Available"
6. Next to the Apple Health option, tap "Connect"
7. Tap "Sync now"
8. Select "turn on all" when the Health screen shows up, then tap "Allow" in the upper right corner.

Follow the prompts to complete the process. Your Eversense CGM data should then show up in the Center Health app!
