Direct-to-Consumer Program Sunset
Center Health is discontinuing its direct-to-consumer blood glucose meter, test strip, and Center+ service.
This means that Center Health will no longer ship test strips, glucose meters (Duo, Duo-C, Nano), and the Center Health app will no longer support new glucose meter tests after the transition period described below.
To cancel your subscription, email “cancel” to yourfriends@center.health with your first and last name.
Or use the “help” button in the upper right corner of the app to update your subscription and cancel.
What is changing
Center Health will stop shipping glucose test strips after June 5, 2026. If you currently receive recurring test strip shipments, your subscription will be cancelled, and no additional shipments will be charged or sent after this date.
The Center Health app will continue to support glucose meter testing during a final transition period. After July 5, 2026, the app will no longer support new glucose meter tests, meter syncing, or meter-related features.
What you should do
Please obtain a replacement blood glucose meter system before July 5, 2026 if you rely on Center Health blood glucose testing to manage your glucose levels.
Replacement blood glucose meters and test strips are widely available through pharmacies, major retailers, and online retailers, often at or below the price of Center Health products. If you are unsure which blood glucose monitoring system is right for you, please speak with your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
After July 5, 2026, the Center Health app will no longer support glucose meter testing functionality.

Our support team will be available during the transition period to answer questions about final shipments, subscription cancellation, and the discontinuation of app glucose testing features.
