I have too many test strips, can I pause my subscription?
No worries, you can always pause your subscription on request!
If you are not testing as frequently as you used to (perhaps due to improving your diabetes or switching over to a CGM) pausing your subscription can be a helpful option.
Just email one of our awesome Patient Support Associates at email@example.com, or through the chat box icon in the upper right corner of the app, and we'll get you sorted :)
While your account is paused, you won't be billed or shipped any more test strips. After the duration of your pause, your subscription will resume as normal.
Please email Patient Support at least 24-48 business hours before your next billing/ship date. Strips are automatically shipped on this date, so any requests to pause or cancel your shipment outside of this time frame cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are always happy to pause your next month's shipment.
